| Help Desk Support | |
• Each Help Desk ticket has a cost of $20. • Your 1st question will be answered with no prepayment required. However, we do ask that you agree to make a minimum Help Desk support purchase worth $100 which provides you with 5 support tickets or approximately 1 to 1½ hours of our experts' time. • Any subsequent Help Desk calls or emails will then be answered once payment for your support tickets has been received. |
